Competent, responsible experts
In this business, success starts with hiring and training the right staff, and then giving teams the right information and managing them efficiently. The aim is to ensure satisfactory working conditions for each employee every day, for it is true that drivers need to be recognised in their work. They need to be sure of being fully equipped to do it well, feeling fully in charge of and responsible for their vehicle, understanding and following collective rules, and being able to answer officials' questions during road checks or customs inspections.

Priority on training
Being a driver with a Brun subsidiary is a specialised job in itself. Our activities have become highly specific: packaged products do not have much in common with bulk products, and nor does gas with chemicals… As well as being highly specific, the regulations and technologies change rapidly, which is why regular training provided by the group's instructors is important. The aim is to involve drivers more in their work by giving them knowledge of their activity sector - and keeping it up to date. After basic training, drivers learn their trade with a tutor in real conditions, first in the operating department, and then on the road. In this way they fully understand what the customer will expect of them.
