This subsidiary was founded in 1994 and developed alongside Becquet's transport services in northern France. It proposes one of the Brun group's cross-cutting services to the other transport subsidiaries.
Its main activity is washing out tanks and tankers used to transport food and chemical products. Tank service also carries out the statutory checks of tankers transporting hazardous substances, as well as metrological inspections notably of vehicle on-board meters.
Other centres are under study for the various regions in which Brun group operates. |
In the framework of environmental protection, each site has a treatment plant subject to regular inspections defined by the regional authorities.
Tank Service is a member of the APLICA and ECOFUT associations, promoting know-how in the field of tank washing. |
Tank Service has 10 employees and currently operates two tank washing centres :
• Lille (59): 2 inside washing bays, 2 bodywork washing bays,
• Dunkirk (59): 2 inside washing bays, 1 bodywork washing bay. |
